SOLICITATION DOCUMENT RFQ #FA487726QA119 Voodoo-S Thermal Sight with IR Laser Pointer i. This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. ii. Solicitation FA487726QA119 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and additional written solicitation will not be issued. iii. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01, effective 13 March 2026. Included DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect as of 07 May 2026. Included DAFFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect as of 16 October 2024. Finally, Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) updates and R-DFARS deviations applicable to this solicitation are dated on or after 2/01/2026. iv. This solicitation is being issued utilizing Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement 333310-Commercial and Service Industry Machinery and has a business size standard of 1,000 Employees. v. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. vi. Davis-Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: CLIN 0001-  Voodoo-S Thermal Sight with IR Laser Pointer (Item # 66-00100) vii. The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote meets the lowest price and technical acceptability. When requested, the ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as the source of the concern.
