Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The FSC/PSC is [6515]. The DC VA Medical Center is seeking to purchase a Interacoustics Titan V1 Diagnostic Middle Ear Analyzer Expansion. The DC VA Medical Center has a requirement to expand our current fleet of middle ear analyzers to meet the patient care needs. Having a dedicated Titan V1 unit in every auditory booth offers significant clinical advantages for our Veterans. It eliminates the need to share or transport equipment between exam rooms, reducing wait times and allowing our audiologists to deliver faster, more efficient care. Standardizing this technology across all booths ensures that every Veteran receives the same high level of diagnostic precision, regardless of which booth or clinician they see. Scope of Work. The procurement shall include all parts, materials, labor, software/licenses, resources, and training required to implement and utilize the equipment/system to their fullest capacity. All items must be covered by manufacturer s warranty and procured through a manufacturer-approved distribution channel. Distributers and resellers must be able to document ability to provide items through manufacturer-approved distribution channels upon request.
