Renovation work at the Consulate Frankfurt

Renovation work at CAC4,  The work will be carried out in various locations at the Consulate grounds, throughout CAC 4, to include: Ceiling, flooring, painting/varnishing, wall protection application, anti-slip application, ceramic tiles, window sills, sewer connection, lawn grass pavers, bollards, canopy, electrical work and procurement/installation of cabinet. A detailed description of the work requirement can be found in the SOW attached on teh next page. A site visit for this solicitation is scheduled for Tuesday, 30.June at 10:00 hrs. Interested companies should share the names of their attendees to GSO Procurement at  einkauf@state.gov ,  no later than   16:00 hours on Friday, 26. June 2026  using the solicitation number  PR16019314  in the subject line. Only companies which are present at the visit , will be authorized to submit quotes against this solicitation. This requirement mandates that all vendors possess the necessary licenses and permits to conduct business in Germany. It is essential to ensure compliance with all German regulations and legalities to operate successfully in the country. If hiring subcontractors , offerors must also show that all subcontractors have obtained authorization to operate in Germany. Please pay attention to a crucial requirement outlined in the  DOSAR 652.242-73  .
