Request for Information (RFI): Special Operations Combatives Program (SOCP) and Tactical Training 1. Introduction This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes only. It is not a solicitation for proposals or a commitment by the U.S. Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted. The 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing a highly specialized, comprehensive combatives training, certification, and refresher program. 2. Requirement Overview The primary requirement is to teach, certify, and maintain the proficiency of a 2,500-Soldier Special Forces unit in accordance with United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) standards. Due to the critical nature of special operations mission readiness, the Government requires instructors who possess highly specialized credentials and direct, long-term operational experience supporting 5th SFG(A) combat operators. Critical Instructor & Experience Requirements To meet the rigorous, specialized mission standards of the 5th SFG(A), responding sources must demonstrate that their proposed instructional team and organization meet the following key performance parameters: Advanced Certifications: Key instructional personnel must hold active MACP Level IV Master Instructor and SOCP Instructor certifications. Martial Arts Expertise: The lead/head instructor must hold a 4th Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) . Targeted Past Performance: The contractor must demonstrate 15 continuous years of verifiable experience delivering this specific tactical curriculum directly to 5th SFG(A) operators at Fort Campbell . 4.
