NAICS Code: NAICS Code:  541715 (Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences) , with a small business size standard of  1,000 employees.  Product Service Code (PSC): R425 (Engineering and Technical Services).Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Single Award (SA) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) and Cost-Reimbursable CLINs.
