EO 14398 - Cyclic HVAC Upgrades, Mammoth Cave National Park, Mammoth Cave KY The National Park Service (NPS), Department of Interior (DOI), Mammoth Cave National Park have a requirement for the following project; HVAC Upgrades at the NPS Mammoth Cave National Park, Mammoth Cave, KY. The purpose of this project is to replace aging HVAC systems that have reached or exceeded their expected service life with modern, energy-efficient systems that improve reliability, indoor air quality, and temperature control. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to remove and replace eighteen (18) HVAC systems located in eleven (11) buildings at Mammoth Cave National Park. A total of eighteen (18) HVAC units will be removed and replaced with modern, energy-efficient systems designed to improve reliability, indoor air quality, and temperature control. The work will be completed through a construction contract that includes removal of existing equipment, installation of new split and packaged systems, integration with existing electrical and duct systems, and system testing and commissioning. Buildings affected include administrative offices, housing, training facilities, law enforcement offices, and operational support buildings. This project supports cyclic maintenance needs by replacing HVAC systems that have reached or exceeded their service life. This requirement involves performing work as defined in the statement of work when the solicitation is issued. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation once issued.
