Synopsis Title: N68335-26-Q-1130: PRODUCTION OF FUEL CELL & VENTILATING REPAIR SYSTEM, P/N NF55-1, for FMS-Greece Hellenic Navy and Republic of Korea Navy This notice serves as a pre-solicitation synopsis: The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to solicit and award a Fixed Price contract on a limited competitive basis under Solicitation N68335-26-Q-1130 to Rhine Air, Inc (Cage Code 58501) and its authorized distributor, Pioneer Industries, LLC (Cage Code 66200) for the purchase of the quantity of three (3) Fuel Cell & Ventilating Repair System, P/N NF55-1 in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Programs for the Greece Hellenic Navy, and Republic of Korea Navy. Specific information regarding solicitation N68335-26-Q-1130 will be issued and posted on the SAM website in the near future.  No telephone or written requests for the solicitation will be accepted.  Amendments to the solicitation, if issued, will be posted to the same website.  After solicitation release, vendors should regularly access the website to ensure they have all of the amendments.  THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.  The Government is not obligated to pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis.  This synopsis is for administrative purposes only.  It does not constitute a solicitation for bid or proposals, and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government.  The information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for award of a competitive contract.  ** Cybersecurity is a top priority for the Department of Defense (DoD). The defense industrial base (DIB) faces increasingly frequent and complex cyberattacks. To strengthen DIB cybersecurity and better safeguard DoD information, the DoD developed the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Program to assess DoD cybersecurity requirements pertaining to Federal Contract Information (FCI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). The items in this acquisition have been deemed to fall into CMMC Level 2- Self-Assessment. CMMC Level 2 requires implementation of the 110 security requirements set forth in NIST SP 800–171 Rev. 2 to protect CUI in contractor information systems. Level 2 assessments are conducted every three years. CMMC Level 2 self-assessment scores are entered by the OSA into SPRS. **
