The previously issued SOW is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the attached Statement of Work (Attachment 1). The Government may award the contract based on the initial offers without discussion.  The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract. All U.S. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation, in accordance with FAR provision 52.204-7.  Therefore, prospective quoters must complete registration before submitting their quotations.
