(END OF PROVISION) Instructions for Submitting Quotes Offerors must follow the instructions contained herein. Offerors are required to meet all solicitation requirements. Failure to meet any of the solicitation requirements may result in an offer being ineligible for award. Should an offeror take exception to any solicitation requirement, the exception must be clearly identified, and a complete accompanying rationale must be provided. Offerors shall submit a quote with two sections: technical capability and price list. Offeror shall provide a technical capability section, with no more than 10 pages, that clearly describes the offeror’s capability to perform the government’s requirement. To be found technically acceptable, at a minimum, the offeror must demonstrate: a.            Capability to perform the services outlined in the Statement of Work b.            Evidence of required licenses and certifications c.             Evidence of proof on insurance A page is defined as one side of sheet, 8 1/2″ × 11″, with at least one-inch margins on all sides, using not smaller than 12-point type.
