Y--MI-SENEY NWR-DC DAM DECOMMISIONING

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement for the Decommissioning of the Delta Creek Dam located at the Seney National Wildlife Refuge, Seney, Michigan. This requirement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The resulting award will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract, with selection made using a best value trade-off evaluation method. This requirement is set aside for Total Small Business concerns. The complete Solicitation will be posted on www.sam.gov under Contract Opportunities on or about June 3, 2026. Interested contractors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and must have current Online Representations and Certifications. A preproposal site visit will be announced in the Solicitation, along with all required instructions for participation. The applicable NAICS code is 237990 ¿ Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a small business size standard of $45.0 million. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Work shall commence within 15 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within 180 calendar days.
