Description of Requirement The USFS timber management program relies on specialized tree marking paint that contains a tracer element used to mark timber during timber harvesting operations. The temperature of the designated paint storage area must be kept above 50° Fahrenheit year-round to ensure the integrity of the paint. The current heating system is electric heat sheetrock that was damaged and no longer fully functional. 4. NAICS Code The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The small business size standard is $19M. 5.
