ALF Vault Toilet Replacement

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.  Solicitation number 12445526Q0103 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for construction services for ALF Vault Toilet Replacement. Work for this project consists of, but is not limited to removal of a vault toilet and replacement with a new vault toilet at Webb's Ferry boat launch on the Allegheny National Forest, Warren County, Pennsylvania. Contractors are strongly encouraged to inspect the location before submitting a quote. A site visit is scheduled for August 4, 2026, at 10am ET at the Allegheny National Forest Webbs Ferry Vault Toilet Latitude: 41.99555556 Longitude: -78.96305556.
