This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara ( “Niagara Region”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 2026-RFP-42 Schedule “B” Municipal Class Environmental Assessment for Intersection Improvements to Thorold Stone Road (Regional Road 57) and Dorchester Road, in the City of Niagara Falls, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars ( Appendix B ) (the “Deliverables”). Niagara Region will only consider proposals received from proponents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFP directly from Niagara Region’s public purchasing portal at https://niagararegion.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en (the “Bidding System”). This RFP is being issued to a subset of the Successful Roster Listing developed from Contract 2023-RFSQ-184 specifically Category 21 .
