Routine use of the range generates frangible dust and unburnt propellant residue that must be properly managed and removed. The Government seeks to identify qualified vendors capable of performing all necessary maintenance, cleaning, and waste-handling tasks in full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations.
