Q&A: Can the Government extend the period of performance to 120 days to allow sufficient time for the delivery of kitchen cabinets?       Answer: Yes. SOW & SF-1442 have been amended to reflect the changes in the POP. Due date for solicitations has been extended to 15 May 2026 to permit adjustments for interested vendors.            Will the contractor be permitted to use the on-site restroom facilities, or is the contractor required to provide a portable restroom?     Answer: No. Contractors shall supply portable restrooms. On which floor of the building will the work be performed, and is an elevator available for the contractor's use?     Answer: work will be performed on the first and second floors, no elevator is available.  This solicitation is for the completion of removing and replacing drywall, insulation, flooring, carpet, cove base in specified areas as described in the Statement of Work.
