THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform annual slop and open space mowing services at Hop Brook Lake, Middlebury, CT and Hancock Brook Lake, Plymouth, CT.  Hop Brook Lake includes approximately 11 acres, and Hancock Brook Lake inclused approximately 4.5 acres of mowing each year. Dam embankment, dike mowing, trail side mowing and roadside mowing may require the use of specialized equipment. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
