US Embassy Tbilisi is soliciting quotations on the replacement of intercommunication system at the Consulate in the U.S. Embassy Tbilisi. For detailed Statements of Works and other solicitation provisions, please refer to the attached document. Important Note: The site visit could be arranged at the request of the vendor during the week of June 1-5, 2026. To schedule a visit, please reach out to TbilisiGSOProcurement@state.gov, at least 24 hours before the visit date.  Quotations are due by 15 June 2026, 17:00 (Tbilisi Local Time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to TbilisiGSOProcurement@state.gov
