LMTV / MTV Hardtops - Updated Quantities

The North Dakota Army National Guard, 817th EN Co and 142 EN BN has a Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement for LMTV / MTV Hardtops as set forth within attached documentation.  All interested offerors shall fully comply in meeting all of the Product Description requirements as set forth within each of the three posted documents.  This is a best value tradeoff award process, as delineated within both the RFQ and the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document (see attached). Recent realignments in operational requirements and unexpected budget reductions have resulted in a critical shortfall of available funds allocated for this procurement. This solicitation is being updated to reflect the removal of item 4 on the HHC 142 Product Description.
