Full Description
The contractor shall provide academic and simulator training for the following courses: Initial Qualification Pilot Training, Refresher Pilot Training, Pilot Recurring Evaluation Training, Pilot Requalification Training, and Pilot Senior Officer Training with regular updates to the training curriculum. The primary training audience consists of pilots associated with the executive airlift community but may also include personnel from other special missions as approved by AMC's Air, Space, and Information Operations' Training Division (A3T). Training shall be conducted at a training center approved under Title 14, Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) Part 142. The contractor must possess a B737-700/800 training program as well as a B737 MAX Differences training program approved under 14 CFR Part 142. At a minimum, the contractor shall furnish, at its site, a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-certified Level D, Category (CAT) IIIa capable, fully operational Full Flight Simulator configured with the Boeing United States Air Force (USAF) C-40B/C Operational Program Configuration (OPC) load software. Contractor will also have access to a B737 MAX FAA-certified Level D, Category (CAT) IIIa capable, fully operational Full Flight Simulator. USAF cockpit procedures and checklists shall be used in all courses. See Cover Letter and Attachments for details pertaining to the solicitation. While the Requirement Owner is AMC, located at Scott AFB, the Place of Performance shall be conducted at the contractor's facility.
