Prisoner Housing Services

The contractor shall provide Federal (Military) Prisoner Housing (civil confinement of soldiers) in support of Directorate of Emergency Services (DES), Fort Hood, Texas, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). See attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement and sources sought notice. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY.  Issued solely for information and planning purposes, this notice does not constitute a solicitation, a promise of a future solicitation, or a commitment to contract. The Government is seeking capability statements from interested businesses—particularly small businesses across all socioeconomic categories—to provide Prisoner Housing services and determine the viability of a small business set-aside. The Government will not accept unsolicited proposals, pay for any response costs, or return submittals. Participation is strictly voluntary, and choosing not to respond does not preclude participation in any future solicitations.
