Amendment 0001 This Amendment is to correct size of Boat needed. The vessel will require at a minimum between 19ft and 21ft boat in order to carry what it needs to complete mission. Measurements were made and they could not fit everything in a 16ft boat. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
