Cell Stack Kit Replacement Parts

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to negotiate and award a sole source Purchase Order to Collins Aerospace for Cell Stack Kit Replacement Parts for the Integrated Low Pressure Electrolyzer (ILPE). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS.  Interested parties, however, may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement.  The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this synopsis.  Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.   Responses shall be made in writing by E-mail to the attention of Karen Morris using the contact information provided in this synopsis.
