Manual Handheld Tonometers – Rolla CBOC The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 15, is soliciting for competitive quotes for a single award firm fixed price contract for Manual Handheld Tonometers for the Harry S. Truman VA Medical Center’s Multi-Specialty Community-based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Rolla, MO. ………. See Section B.2, Statement of Work, for equipment salient characteristics being sought.
