All responsible source(s) may submit a quote for consideration. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 effective 3/13/2026.  Set-Aside:  Small Business (Total) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is:  562211 - Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal.  The SBA Size standard is $47M. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is S222 – Housekeeping- Waste Treatment/storage The Nevada Army National Guard requires sixty (60) M969 5000 Gallon Fuel Tanker Semi-trailers to be drained and purged for long term storage.  The M969 Tankers are at the Las Vegas Readiness Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with the quote. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
