PRE-SOLICTATION CONFERENCE ANNOUNCEMENT for Air Cushion Vehicles (ACV) Crew, Safe Engineering and Operations (SEAOPS) Program, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program, and Future Connectors Program Support. A Pre-Solicitation Conference for this requirement will be held via Microsoft Teams on 28 May 2026, from 10:00 A.M. -11:00 A.M., Central Standard Time (CST).
