This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 effective 3/13/2026.  Set-Aside:  Small Business (Total) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is:  611519 - Other Technical and Trade Schools.  The SBA Size standard is $21.0M. The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is  U099  – Education/training- Other The Nevada Army National Guard requires a three-day training course to equip the 92nd Civil Support Team with the specialized knowledge, skills, and practical capabilities required to effectively recognize, assess, respond to, and mitigate threats involving pharmaceutical based agents (including precursors, analogs, and related hazardous materials).  Required training dates are June 15-17, 2026 in Carson City, Nevada.      The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with the quote.
