Repair Carswell Ave.

Multiple issues have developed along Carswell Street that have needed repairs, modifications, and additions to stabilize the road and minimize water ponding, potholes and other surface improvements that made the road unsafe for driving conditions. For more details regarding the project, refer to attachment: D2 - Phase III SOW AMENDMENT 1 This amendment is to add the attachment: Carswell Site Visit Location, to the list of attachments. As a reminder if you plan on attending the site visit all attendees MUST have base access. If personel does not have base access they MUST fill out the UAR form found in the attachment list and submit to both POC's listed for this solicitation.
