This is a requirement for 1 (ea) Pugmill support equipment - Emulsion Tank IAW RFO Part 12 procedures, the attached solicitation and salient characteristics document.   This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and falls under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333120, Construction Machinery Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250 employees and PSC 3895, Misc Construction Equipment. Solicitation no. FA5000-26-Q-0046 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for 1ea Pugmill - Emulsion Tank to be delivered to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) in Anchorage, AK. All interested contractors must provide response by the due date and time displayed in this notice. Questions/Concerns shall be submitted by COB July 22, 2026 to the POCs listed within this notice. Late questions and concerns will not be accepted nor reviewed.
