All amendments must be signed by the offeror and submitted with their proposal.  ********** The Contractor shall provide all necessary resources to perform asbestos remediation at USCG Station Channel Islands, Oxnard, CA, in strict accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided.   A Service Contract Wage Determination will be incorporated at time of award.
