Page 1 of 56 Page 1 of 56 STATEMENT OF WORK {SOW) Veterans Benefit Administration Atlanta Regional Office SCOPE The purpose of this procurement document is to obtain brand name or equal computer, associated computer components and delivery services to fulfill the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Atlanta Regional Benefits Office at 1700 Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA 30033. The Contractor shall provide computer, computer components, and associated items to meet minimum requirements. Awarded vendor shall provide brand name or equal products as described in the attached solicitation price list. Contractors will fill out the attached price list and list the products they are quoting. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The delivery of furniture shall be within 30 days after contract award. All deliveries to be performed during normal working hours (8:00am - 5:00pm EST); all shipping and handling charges shall be paid by the offeror. Responsibility and liability for loss or damage shall remain with offeror until final inspection and acceptance by VBA. STANDARD COMPONENTS: Unless superseded by parts description specifications, goods shall include all components and accessories listed by the manufacturer as standard.
