PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS IN THE RFQ ACCORDINGLY! NOTICE OF AMENDMENT (PLEASE REVIEW ALL UPDATED ATTACHMENTS): Amendment 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Upload Questions and Answers 2. Provide REVISED Statement of Work dated 08 June 2026 3. Provide Amended Salient Characteristics 4. Provide Amended RFQ - FA301626Q0120 0002 document that includes the updated attachments. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ AMENDMENT 001 - This amendment updates Technical Factor 1 verbiage in the atatched Amended RFQ, as well as the Site Visit information. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Total Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, size standard is $19M. PSC J041. This requirement is for the purchase and installation of two (2) Closed-Circuit Fluid Coolers and Associated Pumps for Bldg. 590 and 591 at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston (FSH) in accordance with the associated Statement of Work. Refer to salient characteristics and technical criteria listed in the attached RFQ. PROJECT OVERVIEW. The purpose of this project is to replace the Closed Circuit Cooling Towers at JBSA FSH Buildings 590/591 Refer to attached RFQ and SOW for information regarding this requirement. Please provide quote to POCs listed in the RFQ. Questions Due Date: All questions must be submitted in writing by email no later than Thursday, 4 June 2026 at 12:00 PM CDT. Responses to questions will be posted by the Government on the SAM.gov, contracting opportunities website, as received. Questions submitted after this date/time will not be considered. Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 3 June 2026 at 9:00 AM at JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX. The meeting place will be the JBSA Fort Sam Houston Walters Street Visitor Center located at 892 Hood Street, Fort Sam Houston, TX 78234. Departure to the site will be promptly at 9:00 am CDT. Please arrive at least 45-minutes prior to sign in, wait in line, and retrieve your pass at the visitor center. The Government WILL NOT provide transportation to travel between the sites. Interested parties are required to have a copy of a valid REAL ID Driver’s License, vehicle registration and insurance on hand to receive a base pass. If the drivers license has not been updated to the REAL ID, interested parties will need a passport along with a drivers license. If this type of documentation is not provided a base pass will not be issued and attendance will not be granted. * Requests to attend the Site Visit shall be received NO LATER THAN Wednesday, 27 May 2026 at 11:00 AM CDT and sent to both email addresses detailed below.
