WRSU – Biohazard Waste Removal Services

Provide biohazardous, infectious, trace chemotherapy, and hazardous pharmaceutical waste collection, transportation, and disposal services for the Indian Health Service (IHS) Whiteriver Service Unit in Whiteriver, AZ. Services include weekly biohazard waste pickups, quarterly hazardous pharmaceutical waste disposal (RCRA and non-RCRA), provision of compliant waste containers, pharmacy formulary An official website of the United States government characterization twice annually, and all required labor, equipment, transportation, and disposal. Contractorshall comply with all applicable EPA, OSHA, RCRA, Federal, Tribal, State, and local regulations governinghazardous and medical waste management. Base period is one year with option years.
