RAWS ATCALS Fiber Optic & Radio System Replacement

This requirement is to procure Engineer-Furnish-Install-and-Test (EFI&T) services for the Joint Base Lewis-McChord telecommunications infrastructure, which specifically requires the integration of the brand name TC Communications JumboSwitch equipment to ensure compatibility. The infrastructure will connect critical facilities including the Air Traffic Control (ATC) Tower, ILS, GATR, Base Ops, and Weather Stations. This is a new requirement intended to replace failing, legacy infrastructure. While this requirement is primarily for installation services, the execution requires the integration of specific brand name equipment (TC Communications JumboSwitch) to maintain compatibility with existing infrastructure.
