Less Lethal Specialty Munitions (LLSM)

Amendment A00002 is issued to incorporated the revised Statement of Work (SOW) dated 5-5-2026 and revised Pricing Sheet. This change deletes (strikes out) section 4.6.6 of the SOW.  Offerors may submit either the original or revised pricing sheet. Note that section 4.6.6 will be change to $o.oo for all pricing periods and not added to the total evaluated price. Amendment A0001 is issued to extend the due date to May 29, 2026 at 2:00pm ET and incorporated RFO clause 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors This is a requirement for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) for the procurement of Distraction Devices, Specialty Impact and Area Saturation Munitions, hand delivered and launched in 40mm launchers, for training and operational use.
