The purpose of this amendment P00002 is to cancel this notice, solicitation number 19AQMM26R0350 in its entirety, The purpose of this amendment P00001 is to remove langguage in this description section as follows: Remove - "Meridian International Center has beenidentified as the sole source peovider due to its proven track record and institutional knowledge critical to the successof these programs". This is posted as an unrestricted requirement.  All interested parties are in incoured to submit a proposal.  The FPC requires logistical support for its International Media Reporting Programs, which include Media Co-operatives, International Reporting Tours, Small Reporting Tours, Domestic Reporting Tours, and Local Reporting Tours. These programs involve travel arrangements, meeting room reservations, sub-contracting of program facilitators, issuance of funds for meals and incidental expenses, SIM card provision, emergency health insurance, working with travel facilitators, and on-the-ground logistical support.
