Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled is 7/1/2026 @10 am, the meeting place is the Communal Shelter at Little Rock National Cemetery. Vendors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit to ensure a full understanding of the requirements. No additional or repeat site visits will be scheduled. Vendor Questions: All vendor questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted by email to the david.hester@va.gov no later 7/2/2026 9:00 am CT. Questions received after this deadline may not be addressed, and answers will be provided via amendment no later than 7/7/2026 on SAM.gov.
