Note: used lithium-ion packs ship as DOT-regulated material (UN3480 / UN3481). Rather than supply a bare label, we would provide a DOT-approved, prepaid mail-back container with the return label, packaging, instructions, and a Certificate of Recycling included. Please confirm that satisfies the requirement. Answer: The VA prefers shipping versus pickup.
