This Request for Quote and Qualifications (RFQQ) is issued by the University of Washington Procurement Services department on behalf of the UW Applied Physics Laboratory to identify a qualified firm capable of providing identical powered reel stands in accordance with the provided drawing, and the requirements and terms and conditions stated herein.
