DIAPHRAGM MTD FLOW CONTROL DEVICE MATERIAL: BRASS AND RUBBER, BUNA-N OUTLET PRESSURE RANGE: +40 TO 140 PSI MAX INLET PRESSURE: 150 PSI INDIVIDUALLY PACKAGED IN ACCORDANCE WITH MIL-STD-2073-1E METHOD 10, CUSHIONED OR SECURED AS APPROPRIATE TO PREVENT MOVEMENT OR DAMAGE FROM EXTERNAL IMPACT. EACH ITEM SHALL THEN BE PACKED IN AN APPROPRIATELY SIZED ASTM-D5118 DOUBLE-WALL FIBERBOARD BOX. MARKING IAW MIL-STD-129R EXCEPT BAR CODED IAW ISO/IEC-16388-2007, CODE 39 SYMBOLOGY. FAILURE TO MEET REQUIREMENTS FOR PACKAGING, PACKING, MARKING AND BAR-CODING WILL RESULT IN THE ITEM(S) BEING REJECTED AT THE WAREHOUSE AND RETURNED TO THE VENDOR.FAILURE TO MEET REQUIREMENTS FOR PACKAGING, PACKING, MARKING AND BAR-CODING WILL RESULT IN THE ITEM(S) BEING REJECTED AT THE WAREHOUSE AND RETURNED TO THE VENDOR. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, 10/1/2025, FAC Number 2025-06. as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 332911 and the business size standard is 500. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13 The U.S. Coast Guard intends to award on an all or none basis to a responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government.  Award will be lowest price technically acceptable.  The Coast Guard intends to award on a Firm Fixed Price Contract. IAW ALCOAST 143/25, The U.S. Coast Guard is submitting this purchase order due to contingency operations in support of the National Emergency at the Southern Boarder.  The materials or equipment purchased will be located at various SFLC inventory control points in the southern regions. This centrally managed inventory will reduce the impact in operations for the patrol boat fleet, to include 31 87-WPB and 21 154-WPC vessels.
