REVISED SOW PROVIDED WHERE PRESSURE WASHING MAP HAS BEEN UPDATED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and separate written solicitation will not be issued.  Solicitation number 12445026Q0028 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for grounds maintenance services at the International Institute of Tropical Forestry. Services include green roof maintenance, pressure washing, ditch cleaning, bamboo removal, along with a variety of other grounds maintenance services.   This acquisition is set-aside for certified Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small (EDWOSB) Business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561730  The small business size standard is $9.5M.  All responsible EDWOSB sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
