Hangar Door Repairs B1200, B1511 and B1614

This requirement is for a construction contract to restore and modernize hangar door systems at Buildings 1200, 1511, and 1614. The Governments objective is to ensure these hangar doors are safe, reliable, and fully functional in support of flightline and installation operations. The Contractor shall be responsible for planning, designing, constructing, and managing all activities necessary to achieve the objectives in accordance with the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO). Period of Performance: 295 Calendar Days after NTP issuance. The Magnitude of this requirement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204(f) is valued between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.A site visit is schedule for 13 May 2026 / 9:00 AM (local) EST. Meeting location is 20th Contracting Squadron, Bldg 216 parking located at 321 Cullen Street, Shaw AFB, SC. SITE VISIT ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY! Contractor is required to bring all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and equipment to access all necessary components (i.e., ladders) if desired.
