This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.  Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0763 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to perform an Arc Flash Hazard Assessment Update for the electrical distribution system across 91 buildings (total 663 electrical panels) at the Government site. This work updates the 2022 arc flash study by incorporating current data, confirming protective device settings, and recalculating incident energy values using the latest applicable standards.   This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238210  The small business size standard is $19.0 million.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.  In order to schedule a site showing, please contact Brandon Keith at brandon.keith@usda.gov.
