Emergency 150KW Diesel Generator Set - Solicitation

1. Amendment #1 : Updates the "Engine Diagnostic Software and Hardware" section. Refer to the PD for the updated section.  2.  Quote Submission Requirement : All quotes must include the amended solicitation, signed and dated. Revolutionary RFO 12.201-1 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N26QA078 is a Request For Quote for a firm fixed price contract for commercial supplies for 150kW Diesel Generator Set or approved equal, meeting all mandatory salient characteristics listed in this PD. Any proposed equal must demonstrate equivalent compliance through detailed technical documentation complete with all specified components, features, and warranties for the Cougar Adult Fish Collection Facility, located at the Cougar Dam. General Information: This effort is to include all associated characteristics required and described in the Purchase Description (PD). Lead time is: 10-12 Weeks Any questions generated from this solicitation must be submitted to consuelo.j.kiser@usace.army.mil by 15 June 2026 by 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). When addressing questions concerning any aspect of the solicitation, state the page number, section, and paragraph that require clarification. The Contracting Officer will provide clarification(s) through amendment(s) to the solicitation following receipt of any questions. Submissions: Quotes are due no later than 24 June 2026, at 5:00 PM PDT. Offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this office before the offer due date and time.
