The work requires demonstrated expertise in Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) data processing, geodetic reference frames, geodetic network adjustment methodologies, metadata management, coordinate estimation, quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC), and operational geodetic workflows. The contractor shall support ingestion and management of GNSS observation data and associated metadata, implementation of multiple independent processing approaches, coordinate validation and uncertainty analysis, and development of operational coordinate products and supporting documentation. The contractor shall be capable of independently evaluating the consistency, stability, and operational suitability of coordinate solutions generated through multiple geodetic processing methodologies.
