The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date of the solicitation to allow for a quote period due to the large businesses not having the updated solicitation amendment removing the small business set-aside, resulting in no-bids.The new due date is 18 MAR 2026. All clauses and provisions remain intact. The purpose of this amendment was due to lack of bid or no-bids as a SBSA. I have removed the small business restriction and extended the date of the solicitation. 1. All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, Delivery orders, and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. The government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein. 2.
