Outpatient Nursing Assistant Service – Jicarilla Service Unit, ISBEE Set-aside

Amendment 1:  The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date to June 9, 2026 and to answer questions (see attachment). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 7571PS26Q00024 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for four (4) Nursing Assistants to provide non-personal health care services for the Indian Health Service’s Jicarilla Service Unit (JSU) located in Dulce, NM. This acquisition is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. (iii) See attached RFQ for description of requirements. ‘Instructions to Quoters" begins on pg. 19. (iv) Nursing Assistant services to be provided for the following Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (IHS) facility: Jicarilla Service Unit 500 Stone Lake Rd Dulce, NM 87528 (v) See attached RFQ for a list of solicitation provisions that apply to the acquisition. (vi) See attached RFQ for a list of contract clauses that apply to the acquisition. (vii) Quotes will be accepted via email to Deborah.blyveis.gov until 3:00 pm ET on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.
