PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Agency: Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) Operating Division: National Institutes of Health (NIH) Institute: National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) PSC Code: DA10 – IT and Telecom – Business Application/Application Development Software (Commercial Software) NAICS Code: 513210 – Software Publishers Requirement: The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) intends to procure a renewal of Uptrends software licenses , consisting of: ITRS Uptrends Business License – Quantity: 1 Uptrends Legacy Licenses – Quantity: 85 The Government’s current licenses have lapsed. The anticipated period of performance is one (1) year from date of delivery/activation . Acquisition Approach: This requirement is for commercial products/services and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 . The Government intends to use streamlined acquisition procedures to the maximum extent practicable . Set-Aside Determination: This requirement is anticipated to be issued on an unrestricted basis . The Government may not issue a formal solicitation and may conduct oral solicitations . All responsible sources may submit a quote for consideration in response to this notice.
