The purpose of this amendment (004) is to extend the deadline for quote packages. QUOTES: Quotes are to be received via email, stephanie.cahill@va.gov, no later than 12:00pm MST, on Wednesday, August 5th, 2026. Quotes shall not be hand carried. Faxed quotes shall not be accepted. Emailed quotes are the only method of submitted quotes. The Government reserves the right to make the award solely on initial Quotes received. Offerors bear the burden of ensuring that all portions of the offer (and any authorized amendments) reach the designated office before the deadline specified in the solicitation. This RFQ shall be completed in its entirety, and signed and dated, failure shall not be considered for award. **If not all information for quote package can be sent in one, single email the offeror shall include in their subject line Email 1 of __ , Email 2 of __ , etc. to ensure the Government is able to track the number of emails for a complete quote package from the offeror.
