Contracting Office: AFLCMC/WLTK Legacy Tankers Contracting Tinker AFB PCO : Brandi Shelden, brandi.shelden@us.af.mil Buyer : Catina Baker, catina.baker@us.af.mil   Purpose : Synopsis Pre- Solicitation FA8105-26-R-B001 for KC-135 Center Console Refresh (CCR) Revision 2 1. Synopsis issued 05/18/2026 for FA8105-26-R-B001 will close 15 calendar days after issuance 2. Nomenclature/Noun – KC-135 Center Console Refresh Revision 3. Application (Aircraft) – KC-135 4. Description: The US Air Force needs an updated Fuel System (FS), Flight Display System (FDS), and Flight Computer due to obsolescence and is looking for innovative ideas to not only replace but improve these systems with turn-key solutions enabling supportability and future growth. The FS, FDS, Flight Computer, and the future growth/adaptability define the scope of the CCR program. The program scope also includes the addition of autothrottle systems. 5. The anticipated contract will be a Cost-Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF) for EMD, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for Production and Deployment (P&D), single award indefinite delivery/quantity type contract comprised of One (1) 48-month Base Period with Six (6) 1-Year Option Periods and a projected period of performance from August 2027 to August 2037. 6. If you are unable to view the controlled documents, you will need to contact SAM.gov for assistance. Once your role has been assigned, submit a request to view the documents and ensure you include your company’s CAGE code. Failure to provide the CAGE code will delay your access request.   Access to controlled documents will be granted only if your company has an active DD2345 is on file through the JCP website, https://www.public.dacs.dla.mil/jcp/ext/. If a DD2345 is not found or is inactive, it must be updated and active before access can be approved
