The City of New York Department of Parks & Recreation (Parks) is seeking responses to this Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) for the repurpose of the Village Hall building and surrounding park area for a parks-use at Tappen Park, Staten Island. There will be a recommended remote informational meeting on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. If you are considering responding to this RFEI, please make every effort to attend this recommended remote proposer meeting.
